Three Ways to Work With MarketCraft, and Exactly What Each One Delivers

What arrives in month one, what arrives every month after, and what you hold at 90 days. No bundle you can't name.

Book a Strategy Call
NeuraSignal closed a quarter with 20% year-over-year growth after a year with us, and their CEO posted it himself.

Most agency pricing hides the work. You get a number, a list of channels, and a promise that somebody will be strategic about it.

This page does the opposite. Every line below lands in your hands on a date, and you can hold us to all of it.

Two things to know before you read the numbers

The commitment is 90 days, and we won't run a shorter one. And the founder has to sit in two working sessions in the first month, so if that's not available, neither are we.

Both of those cost us deals. We'd still rather lose them here than in month three.

Foundation

$6,500 a month
For companies with revenue or a closed round that need the full strategic foundation before they run a market campaign: narrative, positioning, and the language to use with investors, clinicians and partners.
Month oneA 90-minute working session with your CEO, then the full document set: Strategic Narrative, Market Blueprint, Messaging Matrix, Market Charter.
Every month afterTwo posts published on the CEO's profile, two company posts, all of it syndicated to X. A quarterly LinkedIn newsletter. Ongoing target list building, with no fixed schedule — it's built as the list needs it. A State of MedTech podcast appearance.
Your teamA Digital Engineer and a Senior Market Engineer, both on the account.
At 90 days you hold all four strategy documents, roughly 100 published posts, one newsletter issue, and a target list that's been worked at least once.
Foundation doesn't include Omar's time, a webinar, board support, or press release management. If you need those now, you're starting at Momentum.

Standard offering

Momentum

$10,000 a month
For companies with a commercial lead in place and a market to win. This is where MarketCraft runs at full weight.
Everything in Foundation, plus every monthA monthly LinkedIn newsletter instead of quarterly. Omar himself joins an update call on your account once a month.
Every quarterA webinar, planned and run start to finish. Board slides showing what marketing produced, plus an investor deck review. A shareholder update email, written and ready to send. One HubSpot campaign to your list.
OngoingPress release setup and management. If you want paid distribution (PR Newswire and the like), that cost is billed to you directly. Once it's paid, we manage the distribution too.
As they come upLightning-strike planning for announcements, so an FDA clearance or a funding round lands with several pieces built to hit the same day. Not a press release nobody reads.
Your teamA Digital Engineer and a Senior Market Engineer, both on the account, plus Omar monthly.
At 90 days you hold all four strategy documents, three newsletter issues, one webinar with its recording and attendee list, a quarter of board slides, and a target list that's grown every week.

Your teamA Digital Engineer and a Senior Market Engineer, both on the account, plus Omar monthly and whoever the added lever puts on it.

What This Looks Like When It Works

NeuraSignal builds robotic transcranial doppler ultrasound for stroke detection. Their founder, Robert Hamilton, PhD, came to us with a device the right people hadn't heard of.

2,000+
Newsletter subscribers
50+
New subscribers per edition
12.4%
Peak engagement, against a 3 to 4% industry average
13,000+
Monthly impressions at peak

The audience was named before it was built: neurocritical care physicians, stroke neurologists, neurovascular sonographers, hospital sales leaders, computational neuroengineering researchers, and Morgan Stanley's medtech leadership.

Then Robert posted this himself, and tagged us in it.

"Just closed Q1 with 20% year-over-year growth. This result is 100% a team effort."Robert Hamilton, PhD, Founder and CEO, NeuraSignal

Where the Method Comes From

Market engineering is Bruce Cleveland's framework. He ran product and marketing at Apple and Oracle, then became a founding partner at Wildcat Venture Partners.

He built the framework after watching funded companies with real products die in the gap between shipping and traction. He named that gap the Traction Gap.

His book Market Engineering: Because Markets Don't Engineer Themselves came out in June 2026, and MarketCraft's acknowledged in it.

We're the firm applying it inside medtech, where a badly chosen category can't be pivoted away from.

Quoted Separately, Never Bundled

  • Landing pages and simple websites
  • Naming for a company, product or clinical trial
  • Logos
  • Market research
  • Presentation decks (built from scratch; a deck review is included starting at Entry-level)
  • Brand guidelines
  • Extra social channels
  • Ongoing HubSpot management beyond the quarterly campaign
  • Paid press release distribution (PR Newswire and the like), billed directly; we manage it once it's paid

Keeping these out is what holds the tier prices where they are. Ask and we'll quote it.

Who Should Not Start Here

If your category's settled and your buyers already know where you fit, you don't need market engineering. You need execution.

We'll tell you that on the first call rather than sell you a tier you'll resent by month three.

Questions People Ask on the First Call

Can we move up a tier later?

That's the intended path. Foundation is where new engagements start, and the documents you've already paid for carry into the next tier rather than getting rebuilt.

Who does the work?

Strategy sits with Omar and Deborah. Execution runs through a Digital Engineer and a Senior Market Engineer on your account. From Momentum up, Omar joins a monthly update call too.

Do we own what you produce?

All of it, permanently, even if you leave. None of it's held hostage to a retainer.

What's the commitment?

90 days. That's the shortest run where the documents exist and the content's had time to prove which parts of your story work.

Start Where You Are

Book a call and we'll tell you which tier fits. Including when the honest answer is none of them.
